Thinking of exchanging my Norwegian driving licence with a Greek one.
But in Norway private people don’t got a VAT number, and the solem decleration askes you to write it down. Do I need one, or could I use my Norwegian personal number?
Is there a form which I can use, or do I make it myself?
Several of the things you need to add, it says “conditional” behandling it. Does it mean I can choose to do them or not?
